Choose a name for your business and check its availability at the National Office of Industrial Property (ONAPI).
If the name is available, you can register it. Prepare your application for commercial name registration, providing the required information, such as the applicant’s details, a detailed description of the commercial name, and the associated products or services.
Register your business at the Chamber of Commerce of the province where you will establish the company.
For this, you will need to prepare the required documentation. Commonly requested documents include the application form, social contract, and personal identification of the partners, among others.
Other documents: Depending on your type of business and the specific requirements of the Chamber of Commerce, it may be necessary to present other documents, such as a notarized power of attorney, and a copy of the previous commercial registry (if applicable), among others.
